The following are the Terms and Conditions for purchases of GOTTA POCKET WIFI products and/or services from COREON MOBILE SOLUTIONS INC. In order to place an order with our Company, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set forth below. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions completely and thoroughly, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

GOTTA WIFI and you (the “Customer”) hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions with respect to the product and/or service offering by COREON MOBILE SOLUTIONS INC. to the Customer of the wireless communication device and peripheral equipment (the “Equipment”), including, but not limited to, mobile hotspots, USB cables, User Manuals, and related or additional services (the “Services”) which are described herein or included in any written agreement between Customer and GOTTA WIFI for products and/or services (the “Agreement”).

  • Upon availing the product and service, the customer will pay the plan rate plus PHP 1000.00 setting fee.
  • The customer may pay either thru Cash on Delivery, Gcash or Bank.
  • Monthly billing will be sent 5 days before the client's due date via SMS, phone calls, email and Kakaotalk account after 1 month of purchasing the product.
  • Lines will be disconnected if the customer fails to pay the balance on the due date without any response after receiving notification.


RETURN POLICY
  • If the product is not working on your area, or delivered damage in anyway kindly contact our Customer Service Support immediately for assistance. Our company will accept returned item and replace it only until 3 days from the original date of your purchase.
  • If you ever used our item for more than 3 days, you will no longer be eligible to return the item. Our item should be used for a minimum of 30 calendar days. We'll only be handling the return of routers and refund your security deposit after 1 month.
  • If the product is defective or loss after 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase and you still want to continue using the service, GottaWifi., will replace the damage/loss product upon your request. You will, however, be charged for the damage or loss item/s. (For the price list of items, see file below).
  • If you wish to return the item and would want to exchange it with the upgraded model, the company will acknowledge your request and determine the additional payment on the account of the cost of a new item purchased.
  • For returned item/s, make sure to return it with complete accessories and box as purchase.


REFUND POLICY
  • In case that our item does not sufficiently meet your needs. Our company offers 100% money-back guarantee. Please immediately inform our Customer Service for assistance and we will process your refund, including the setting fee charge. Refund is applicable only within 3 days from your original date of purchase.
  • You will no longer be eligible for refunds if you have ever used our product for more than 3days and plan to discontinue using it for whatever reason. We'll only be handling your refund after 1 month.
  • If the item is damaged (scratches, cut, broken, etc.) in any case, and you decided to return itafter 3 days, you will no longer be eligible for refund, instead our company will offer replacement for the item. The shipping charges and restocking expenses, however, are to be paid by you. (For the price list of items, see file below).
  • If you are pleased with our product and use it for 1 whole year, our company will refund your security deposit in full, 100% money-back guarantee. This is to give back to our dear valued customer for choosing GottaWifi.
  • However, if you have used our product for more than 1 month but less than 1 year, the refund will be computed on the basis of a 4% depreciation value (monthly) lower than the overall product cost.
  • If you are shown to be eligible for a refund, please be advise that our refund processing period is not more than 7 business days from the date of your request.
